Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the item's original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dokindoki.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address and instructions on how to send your package. We do offer shipping labels with kind of returning for the package that was sent wrong, mistakes, missing parts, etc, which is only for the return reason that is not caused by you. Items returned to us without first requesting will not be accepted. Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Within 7 Days - You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In specific circumstances, we may only be able to offer partial refunds under the following conditions:
- If the item being returned is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to circumstances not caused by our error, a partial refund may be issued. This includes wear and tear beyond normal use or any alterations made to the item.
- Returns requested more than 7 days after receiving the item will not qualify for a full refund.
- For personal reasons regarding your return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the original shipment. The shipping fees from the initial order will be subtracted from your refund amount. You can find out the cost of returning the item by visiting your local post office. Alternatively, we can assist you in creating a shipping label. If you opt for a label generated by us, the associated fee will also be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
A full refund will NOT apply if the order was fulfilled with a tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within three business days after we proceed, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@dokindoki.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, please facilitate a smooth verification process by providing us with detailed photographs at support@dokindoki.com and sending your item to the place we provide.
These images should ideally include:
1. A clear video of the package as it arrived, showcasing any damages to the exterior;
2. An image taken inside the item that highlights how the product was damaged;
3. A close-up shot of the damaged product clearly displays the extent and type of damage.
Due to personal reasons for the exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item. You will also need to pay for the shipping charges incurred when we send the replacement item back to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the address we provide. Please get in touch with us for the return address before sending it back.
Given the unpredictable nature of logistics and shipping, delays in the arrival of goods beyond the initially estimated delivery time will not be accepted as a valid reason for submitting a return request. Various factors, including supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, and transportation issues, can lead to these delays.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
